Service Description
Three private 90-minute sessions for when you need more than direction. You need something built, used in your real life, and adjusted. Session 1: Clarify We get clear on what you are actually trying to accomplish, what is happening right now, what is blocking progress, and how it connects to the rest of your ecosystem. Session 2: Build We build or improve what you need. That could be a system, a plan, a process, a workflow, a book structure, an AI setup, a business strategy, or another solution. Session 3: Review + Adjust After you have had time to use what we created, we look at what actually happened. What worked. What did not. What needs adjustment. What needs to continue. What can become repeatable. Limited support between sessions is included. This does not include unlimited messaging or unlimited access. Booking here schedules your first session. Your payment covers all three sessions, and we schedule sessions 2 and 3 together. Cancellation Policy
Sha Ma Banks Mentorship What this is Private mentorship built around your real life. Each session is 90 minutes. Depending on what you need, we may work on a book, AI systems, a business, or how the different parts of your life and work fit together. What this is not Mentorship is not therapy, and it is not legal, tax, medical, financial, or compliance advising. It is not ghostwriting. You remain the creator and owner of your work. Your results depend on your own decisions and follow through, so no specific income or outcome is guaranteed. Before your first session Please complete the Mentorship Intake Form at shamabanks.com/mentorship (Start Your Intake) so our first session starts with understanding. Multi-session mentorship Booking the 3-Session or 6-Session Mentorship schedules your first session, and your payment covers the full package. We schedule the remaining sessions together. Limited support between sessions is included during your active mentorship period. It does not include unlimited messaging or unlimited access. Clarity Session credit If you decide to continue after a Clarity Session, the $197 you paid can be credited toward an eligible mentorship package. Confidentiality What you share during mentorship stays private and will not be shared without your permission. Ownership You own the work you create during mentorship. Booking and rescheduling Sessions must be booked in advance. Cancellations must be made 72 hours before the session. Anything under 72 hours counts as late. Rescheduling is offered at Sha Ma's discretion based on the situation. Refunds Refunds are not offered after mentorship begins. If you cancel within 72 hours of a session, no refund is given. Rescheduling may be offered depending on the situation. If Sha Ma needs to cancel, you will be offered a new time or a refund for that session.
