Cancellation Policy

This program teaches business owners how to use AI daily for decision-making, communication, organization, content creation, and revenue-focused workflows. The goal is to build strong habits so AI becomes a natural part of running your business. Scope of Services Training includes live group or private sessions, practical walkthroughs, customized prompts, business examples, and follow-up materials. You will learn how to organize your work, create repeatable systems, and use AI to support customer interactions, content, and admin tasks. What This Training Is Not This is not legal, tax, medical, or compliance advising. It does not guarantee income or outcomes. It is not a replacement for your judgment or the knowledge you must have about your own business. All tools are educational. Participant Responsibilities You agree to use AI responsibly, protect your business and customer data, follow legal and ethical standards, and only upload content you have rights to use. You agree to practice the methods taught and maintain a paid version of ChatGPT or another approved AI platform for the duration of the training. Trainer Responsibilities Sha Ma Banks provides clear instruction, customized tools, confidentiality, real-world guidance, and updated training methods as AI platforms evolve. Confidentiality All information shared during training remains private and will not be shared without permission. Technology Requirements Participants must have a paid ChatGPT plan or another approved platform, a stable device, and the ability to save files. Data Ownership You own all content created during training. Anonymized examples may be used unless you request otherwise. Booking and Rescheduling Sessions must be booked in advance. Cancellations must be made 72 hours before the session. Anything under 72 hours counts as late. Rescheduling is offered at the trainer’s discretion based on the situation. Refund Policy Refunds are not offered after training begins. If the trainer cancels: • 72 hours or more before: full refund • Less than 72 but more than 24 hours: 50% refund • Less than 24 hours: 100% refund If the participant cancels within 72 hours, no refund is given. Rescheduling may be offered depending on the situation. Behavior and Liability Participants must communicate respectfully. The trainer is not responsible for business decisions or losses connected to the use of AI. Training is for educational purposes only.
