Cancellation Policy
Arena Use Policy Our arena is available for individual riders, small groups, and private bookings. To keep the space safe, fair, and enjoyable for everyone, please review the following guidelines before booking. Shared Arena (Riders Only) • This is a shared riding time • Multiple riders may be in the arena at the same time • Open to individual riders and small groups • All riders must follow arena etiquette and ride responsibly 👉 Best for: • Practice • Training • Casual riding Booking & Cancellation Policy A minimum of 2 hours is required for all equestrian bookings. We require at least 24-48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within this window may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of deposit. Please arrive and exit on time to respect the next booking. Late arrivals will not be guaranteed extended time. Participant & Safety Policy All participants must follow staff instructions at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Closed-toe shoes are required. No sandals or open footwear allowed. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times when not directly engaged in activities. We reserve the right to stop any activity if safety guidelines are not followed. • All riders participate at their own risk • Proper horse handling and riding experience is expected • Unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund Horse Interaction Rules Horses are sensitive animals and must be treated with care and respect. No running, shouting, or sudden movements near the horses. Feeding horses is not allowed unless supervised by staff. Staff will match participants with appropriate horses based on experience level if applicable. Liability & Assumption of Risk By booking this service, participants acknowledge that equestrian activities involve inherent risks. Ezer Family Equestrian Adventures is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or misuse of equipment or facilities. A waiver may is required prior to participation. Weather Policy Activities may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions such as heavy rain, lightning, or extreme conditions. We will work with you to reschedule your booking if necessary.
